for the san mateo bridge instead of the usual 11. we remain hopeful that when they finish the construction they will manage to erase some of these delays. they will not be closing the bridge of this morning but the construction during the off- peak hours will continue. the traffic maps and updating drive times we're looking at about 21 minutes for the hercules to berkeley ride. it is still very good, better than usual. also westbound 24 and south as 680 coming out of concord and 82 are both slow the south bay freeway is not bad at all. the north bay ride is starting to pick up some slowing southbound between ignacio and central san rafael. the drive time has remained under 30 minutes from the bottle to the golden gate bridge.

we will be watching this one closely over the coming days. >> the alameda county sheriff has made an arrest in its investigation of a homicide victim found at a suspicious house fire in castro valley. investigators are looking at the desk of barbara whose body was found burned in a suspicious fire on october 18th. it turns out she had been brutally beaten. investigators are looking into what happened here. there were valued those stolen from the home so they believe the fire was set to cover up the attack. there'll be a news conference at 10:00 this morning

fire at the shopping center. the victim was walking outside a baby's r us with her husband when she was hit. the suspects and the victims were acquaintances. the victim suffered not life threatening injuries. a serial bank robbery suspect is trying to be identified. over the last months police believe this man robbed six banks in several different jurisdictions. he is a white man in his '30's he has a stocky build and he has a goatee and a really heavy 5:00 shadow. if you know who that is, call the police. let's take a look outside at the mt. tam as we look out over the bay. i'-
